The Infrastructure Supervisor is responsible for leading infrastructure maintenance activities and ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of railway infrastructure assets. This role provides technical leadership, coordinates maintenance resources, oversees preventive and corrective maintenance activities, supports winter operations, and ensures compliance with Alstom, customer, and regulatory requirements. The position plays a critical role in maintaining revenue service availability while driving continuous improvement, safety, and operational performance.
As an Infrastructure Supervisor, you will support the safe and reliable operation of infrastructure assets by leading maintenance activities, coordinating technical resources, and ensuring compliance with Alstom and customer requirements. You will work closely with maintenance teams, contractors, operations personnel, and stakeholders to maintain service performance and drive continuous improvement.

The expected compensation for this role is $70,000 to $90,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
