Job summary

Triple O’s in BC is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily shifts, work hands-on with the team, manage guest relations, and uphold high standards of service, cleanliness and food safety.

You will open or close the restaurant as needed, train and develop staff, and contribute to a dynamic, growth-focused environment with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leading experience.
• Passion for service and commitment to quality.
• Conceptual understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements.
• A thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements.
• Experience with training and developing a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
