Job summary

Triple O’s, a BC-based premium quick service brand, is seeking a Supervisor/Team Leader for our Mission location. You will supervise daily shifts, engage guests, and train team members to uphold the brand’s standards of service, cleanliness, and quality. Open availability and a proactive, energetic attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory or team-leading experience in food service.
• Passion for service and commitment to quality.
• Understanding of restaurant operations and financials.
• Knowledge of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations while working hands-on with the team.
• Ensure guest relations and uphold service standards.
• Train and develop team members for performance growth.
• Support opening or closing procedures and maintain cleanliness and safety.

As a Triple O’s Supervisor/Team Leader, you play an important role in supporting the Management Team. Responsibilities include:

• Day to day shift supervision while working “hands-on” with the team
• Guest relations
• Training and developing team members
• Reinforcing the highest standards of service, cleanliness and food safety
• Opening or closing the restaurant as needed

Requirements

2 Year previous supervisory or team leading experience * Passion for service and commitment to quality * Conceptual understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements * A thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements * Experience with training and developing a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * High energy and enthusiasm * Commitment to continuous learning and improvement * Must have open availability * Must be able to use your own car
