Job summary

Triple O’s Langley is seeking a dedicated Supervisor/Team Leader to support the Management Team in delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will supervise daily shifts, work hands-on with the team, build guest relations, and uphold our standards of service, cleanliness and food safety.

You will train and develop team members, manage on-shift operations, and assist with opening or closing the restaurant as needed. A passion for quality and hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leading experience.
• Passion for service and commitment to quality.
• Conceptual understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements.
• A thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements.
• Experience with training and developing a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High energy and enthusiasm.
• Must have open availability.
