Job summary

Triple O’s in Canada is seeking a Supervisor/Team Leader to support the Management Team. You will supervise day-to-day shifts hands-on with the team, manage guest relations, and help train and develop staff to uphold high service and food safety standards.

This role includes opening or closing the restaurant as needed and joining a proud, iconic brand known for quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Passion for service and commitment to quality.
• Understanding of restaurant operations and financials.
• Knowledge of food safety and WorkSafe requirements.
• Experience in training and developing a team.
