Job summary

Nordik Spa Village Inc. is seeking a Kiosk Supervisor for the Ottawa-Gatineau region, to oversee temporary kiosks during the holiday season and supervise gift certificate sales. Reporting to Marketing, you will train staff and ensure smooth operations across multiple kiosks in a dynamic village environment.

You will join a welcoming team at a renowned wellness village, with full-time hours from October 25 to January 1, 2026, and a potential extension based on performance and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, administration, human resources management, customer service and/or sales.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management.
• Fluent in English and French (bilingual).
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent MS Office 365 skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies.

We are looking for a passionate Supervisor, Sales and Kiosks for our kiosks located in the Ottawa and Gatineau region, to join our village.

Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Kiosk Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Nordik Spa Village's temporary kiosks in the Ottawa-Gatineau region throughout the holiday season. Their primary objective will be to plan the needs of each location and provide the necessary resources to the agents responsible for selling gift certificates. They will also oversee the day-to-day operational management of the team.

What You Will Do

• Train and coach kiosk associates.
• Contribute to work schedule planning and the management of unforeseen situations and emergencies.
• Participate in inventory and order management.
• Act as a resource person for associates (handling complaints and special requests).
• Follow established scripts to meet our guests' needs in accordance with current standards.
• Identify issues and propose solutions.
• Prepare weekly incentive reports.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: identify needs, close sales, and support associates in carrying out their daily tasks.
• Support the Marketing Manager ahead of the kiosk launch (material preparation, logistical support).
• Perform any other related duties.

Profile We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, administration, human resources management, customer service and/or sales.
• A minimum of one year of experience in team management.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Availability and the ability to travel quickly between the various kiosks.
• Excellent command of MS Office 365 and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills, along with a high level of professional rigour.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bilingualism (French and English).
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
• The ability to stand for long periods.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position.
• Available from October 25 to January 1, 2026, with the possibility of extension within Nordik Spa Village based on your performance and operational needs.
