Job summary

Nordik Spa Village in Chelsea, QC, is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to greet, assist and advise guests on the thermotherapy cycle and spa services. The role includes ensuring facility cleanliness and delivering a high-quality guest experience, with a balanced mix of indoor and outdoor duties in a hybrid work setting.

The position requires a high school diploma, fluent French and English, basic Windows knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 10 kg.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent command of French and English (fully bilingual).
• Previous experience in customer service is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of the Windows suite.
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 10 kg on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests.
• Respond to inquiries regarding services and facilities.
• Take reservations and maintain guest records.
• Process various forms of payment.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the spa, including the reception area, lobby, pavilions, treatment rooms, staff areas and locker rooms.
• Restock lockers as needed (towels, robes and toiletries).
• Communicate relevant information to guests that will provide them with a unique experience.
• Be responsive to guest needs and requests.

Please Note : The position is hybrid, with 50% of the work taking place indoors and 50% outdoors .

According to the salary scale in effect plus benefits related to Nordik Spa Village. The base salary for this position is $21.36 per hour.

Full-time: Minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexible availability during the day, evenings, and weekends.
