Job summary

Bowen Island Pub is seeking an experienced manager to oversee daily restaurant operations on Bowen Island. You will monitor revenues, manage staff performance, organize tasks, recruit and train employees, and ensure high-quality customer service in a fast-paced setting.

On-site work is required with 16–20 staff under supervision. English proficiency and strong communication skills are essential; the role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and reliability.
