Pursuit is hiring a Supervisor for the Pursuit Adventure Center in Banff, AB. The role oversees daily operations, cash handling, and guest services while leading frontline staff and ensuring retail displays meet promotional goals.

You will train team members on POS and reservation systems, monitor cash deposits, and help drive sales targets across attractions, lodging, and retail outlets in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and register reconciliation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for team support, coverage, guest inquiries, and customer service escalations
• Assist with re-ordering, receiving, pricing, and visual merchandising of retail products
• Work with the Manager to track sales trends, and identify best-selling products
• Assist with setting up attractive retail displays that encourage cross-selling and align with seasonal promotions
• Ensure the center remains clean, accessible, well-organized, and stocked
• Supervise and coach front-line associates
• Train new staff on point-of-sale (POS) systems, reservation systems, PAC knowledge, guest engagement techniques, and store safety
• Work with the Manager to drive team performance around sales targets
• Monitor daily cashouts and submit shift reconciliations
• Create and submit daily cash deposits
• Assist with schedule creation
