Newmont's Red Chris Mine in northern British Columbia is seeking a seasoned Ore Processing supervisor to lead safe, efficient milling across crushing, grinding, flotation, dewatering and tailings. This rotational, site-based role supports 24/7 operations and requires strong safety leadership.

Red Chris is an open-pit copper-gold mine in the famous Golden Triangle of northern British Columbia, situated on the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation. As a fly-in, fly-out operation, Red Chris is reached via charter flights from multiple locations in BC and Alberta, with teams working on a rotational schedule. Currently an active open-pit producer, Red Chris is poised for an exciting transformation – we are developing a high-value underground block cave that will extend the mine’s life for decades and unlock even more resources. The remote location fosters a close-knit “camp” community where safety and teamwork come first. The expected salary range for this role is 105,800.00 to 141,100.00. This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
