Qualifications

Red Chris is an open-pit copper-gold mine in the famous Golden Triangle of northern British Columbia, situated on the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation. As a fly-in, fly-out operation, Red Chris is reached via charter flights from multiple locations in BC and Alberta, with teams working on a rotational schedule. Currently an active open-pit producer, Red Chris is poised for an exciting transformation – we are developing a high-value underground block cave that will extend the mine’s life for decades and unlock even more resources. The remote location fosters a close-knit “camp” community where safety and teamwork come first. Your impact

You will drive the successful delivery of sustaining capital projects by ensuring strong project controls across cost, schedule, risk, and quality. Your work enables predictable execution, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making across project teams.

As part of our team you will

Prerequisites for your success in this role
  • Experience in project controls, construction, or capital project environments
  • Strong skills in scheduling, cost control, and risk management
  • Ability to interpret contracts and manage project changes
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Post-secondary education in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards

The expected salary range for this role is CA$105,800 to 141,100 . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
