Our Operational Services team is seeking a strong leader who can motivate, guide and hold staff accountable for results. You lead and supervise effectively in a complex, unionized environment and collaborate to resolve competing priorities while considering diverse perspectives.
You combine practical knowledge and experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills to support staff and stakeholders. You exercise tact, diplomacy and sound judgment when working with diverse partners and addressing sensitive matters.
You solve problems creatively by gathering and assessing relevant information. A skilled negotiator, you support your team, strengthen communication, ease tensions and resolve issues while adapting effectively to uncertainty and changing priorities.
As the successful applicant, you will possess:
$127,432.00 - $144,809.00
Monday to Friday – 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (forty hours per week). Flex and additional hours may be required in order to respond to emergency situations and/or assist with winter control operations.
