Job summary

Olive Garden in Ajax, Ontario is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily dining room operations and lead a fast-paced team. You will ensure a Perfect Guest Experience, coach staff, and uphold high safety and sanitation standards.

What you will do in this role:

Oversee the day-to-day management of the dining room as directed by the Franchise Owner and General Manager

Ensure the store is operating to all standards of a "Benchmark Restaurant", and creating a Perfect Guest Experience every time

Continue to develop and coach associates

Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience

Support and implement Standards and Controls

Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Recipe's principles.

What we are looking for:

Previous Front of House Management experience

Possess the potential to effectively run the front of house and lead all shifts to meet Brand standards

Possess the "Hospitality Gene" by demonstrating the ability to create connections, a passion for People and service excellence

Driven and focused

Inspirational and motivational team player

Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays in a busy fast paced environment
