Job summary

Olive Garden Canada is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the dining room in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will report to the General Manager and guide teams to deliver a Perfect Guest Experience every time while upholding brand standards.

This role emphasizes people leadership, coaching, safety, and operational excellence. You’ll balance flexible scheduling with a dynamic team, driving growth and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel like family.

Qualifications

• Proven front-of-house management experience.
• Ability to lead all shifts to meet Brand standards.
• Demonstrates the Hospitality Gene with a focus on People and service excellence.

• Support and implement Standards and Controls.
• Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Recipe's principles.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Previous Front of House Management experience
• Possess the potential to effectively run the front of house and lead all shifts to meet Brand standards

• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays in a busy fast paced environment
