Job summary

Olive Garden Canada is seeking an Expo to deliver perfect guest experiences by upholding our standards, coordinating with the kitchen and front-of-house, and ensuring orders go out on time.

You will be the link between kitchen and service during high-volume periods, share menu knowledge, follow food safety practices, and support teammates to maintain our family-style dining experience.

Qualifications

• Food service/hospitality experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver perfect guest experience by ensuring all standards are executed based on Olive Garden’s established specifications.
• Ensure all delivery orders leave the restaurant in a timely manner.
• Serve as the vital link between the kitchen and the front-of-house, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our brand standards before it reaches the guest.
• Coordinate order flow, manage ticket times, and communicate clearly with the culinary team to ensure seamless service execution during high-volume periods.
• Be a “know-it-all” about our regular and promotional food and beverage menus by communicating and recommending offerings to Guests.
• Be thoroughly familiar with the causes of food contamination and the methods of prevention and follow all food safety standards and systems.
• Support other associates whenever necessary.
• Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Olive Garden’s principles.
