Job Description

As a Supervisor, Media Planning, you will manage digital-first, full-funnel campaigns across performance, awareness, and brand sponsorship initiatives. A strong digital marketing background and expertise in performance and brand funnels are essential to optimize campaign success.

You will serve as the main contact for clients, leading conversations with external clients, digital partners, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain ongoing direct contact with clients for your assigned brands.
  • Gather and analyze data and insights to determine client media needs.
  • Create and present media plans to clients.
  • Analyze media options and recommend budget allocations.
  • Communicate client brand and campaign objectives to the team for strategic plan delivery.
  • Mentor and guide Media Strategy Planners and Assistants for professional growth.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of team members’ work.
  • Coordinate with partner agencies and global teams to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Oversee financial processes, including accurate monthly billing and discrepancy management.
  • Work with the team director to identify growth areas for clients and promote appropriate media solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in advertising, marketing, business, or communications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in media planning, buying, and management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in math.
  • Effective use of media research and reporting tools.
  • Technical skills, especially with media systems and MS Office suite.
