Job summary

Coke Canada Bottling in Canada’s local bottler is seeking a Distribution Supervisor in Montreal. You will lead drivers and a distribution team, coach staff, and ensure delivery standards while managing schedules and budgets.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in consumer products or direct store delivery, supervisory experience, and familiarity with transportation regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role on-site.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in consumer products/direct store delivery required.
  • 1-3 years experience of supervisory experience required.
  • Experience managing in a unionized environment is preferred.
  • Prior experience in distribution, retail, or warehouse required. Beverage industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with department of transportation regulations.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations based on analytical evaluations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to cultivate, manage and foster a diverse team of employees.
  • Ability to initiate activities and perform duties without direct supervision.
  • Possess excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Be familiar with Office and SAP computer tools.

About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Distribution, the Supervisor, Distribution is responsible for the management of Coke Canada drivers and the effective distribution of Coca-Cola product to our customers . The Supervisor works as a coach and mentor to their team. To succeed in this position, the Supervisor must be capable of planning the workload, motivating their team, and offering great customer service.
