Job summary

Coke Canada Bottling is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a warehouse team on the floor, ensuring goods are received, stored, and shipped efficiently. You will coach staff, plan workloads, and maintain high customer service standards.

The role requires 1–3 years supervisory experience in a unionized environment, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong leadership and communication skills. Competitive salary, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a unionized storage or distribution environment.
  • Be a leader, a good communicator, and a convener as needed.
  • Possess excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to make sound recommendations based on systematic evaluations.
  • Ability to provide guidance, motivation, and training for development of the team.
  • Ability to cultivate, manage and foster a diverse team of employees.
  • Familiar with Office and SAP computer tools.

  • The full base salary range for this position is from $79,200 - $88,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Lead Supervisor or the Manager, Warehouse, the Supervisor, Warehouse is on the warehouse floor to lead their team and ensure the products are properly received, stored, and shipped. The supervisor works as a coach and mentor to their team. To succeed in this position, the supervisor must be capable of planning the workload, motivating their team, and offering great customer service.
