Coke Canada Bottling is seeking a Supervisors, Warehouse role in Richmond, BC. You will lead a team on the warehouse floor to ensure proper receiving, storage, and shipping of goods, acting as a coach and mentor to staff.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a unionized environment and strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities to drive safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a unionized storage or distribution environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to train and motivate a diverse team.
  • Familiar with Office and SAP tools.

Role Details

Work Location – Richmond, BC

The full base salary range for this position is from $79,200 - $88,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Lead Supervisor or the Manager, Warehouse, the Supervisor, Warehouse is on the warehouse floor to lead their team and ensure the products are properly received, stored, and shipped. The supervisor works as a coach and mentor to their team. To succeed in this position, the supervisor must be capable of planning the workload, motivating their team, and offering great customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of warehouse employees, while respecting budgetary constraints

Qualifications

  • Be a leader, a good communicator, and a convener as needed.
  • Possess excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to make sound recommendations based on systematic evaluations.
  • Ability to provide guidance, motivation, and training for development of the team.
  • Ability to cultivate, manage and foster a diverse team of employees.
  • Familiar with Office and SAP computer tools.
