Our Abbotsford branch is located inside the Fraser Valley Auto Mall. We are the exclusive insurance broker for Fraser Valley Mall dealerships.

Requirements

  • Level 2 General Insurance License or actively pursuing it
  • 1+ years experience in insurance sales preferred, but all skills and abilities will be considered
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Leadership and teamwork abilities
  • Strong insurance product knowledge
  • Sales drive and initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills

A Day in the Life

  • Collaborate with the Branch Leadership team to develop a high-performing, engaged team
  • Provide feedback during performance reviews and guide team members
  • Optimize resources through effective scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with insurers (ICBC, CNS, Family, etc.), Insurance Council of BC, and Privacy Act regulations
  • Manage ICBC inventory and handle documents and funds correctly
  • Balance sales, retention, and service needs of clients, fulfilling both Advisor and Supervisor duties as appropriate
  • Connect employees to HUB’s mission, values, and goals

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000, influenced by skills, experience, location, and business line.
