Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance-based incentive, applicable to position):

90,710 - $122,726

Passionate storyteller with leadership expertise needed.

Lead a team of high-performing video and photography professionals responsible for developing timely communication and marketing materials that deliver solid results and uphold the creative integrity of our brand. This position is bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

What you’ll do :

1. Provide direction on initiatives and tactics that align with corporate strategy.
2. Prioritize work and resources to meet deadlines.
3. Manage workflow and asset management systems.
4. Collaborate with Brand teams to ensure deliverables support business strategies and the overall brand identity.
5. Mentor the team in development planning, workload management, and setting and achieving performance objectives.
6. Travel as required.

4. Diverse portfolio including digital and traditional advertising that showcases work as a designer and design team leader.
