Job summary

Kenora Association for Community Living (KACL) is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a dedicated team in Kenora, Ontario. The role focuses on supporting frontline staff to deliver planned services with safety and excellence.

You will promote a culture of psychological and physical safety, collaborate with your Manager, and balance time between the team, the people supported, and future program planning. This on-site position offers strong community impact and opportunities for growth.

$81,411 - $81,411 a year

This is an on-site position based in Kenora, Ontario. Nestled on the shores of the stunning Lake of the Woods in Northwestern Ontario, Kenora offers the charm of a close-knit community combined with exceptional outdoor recreation.
