Kinark Child and Family Services in Cobourg, ON, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for the Northumberland Program. Reporting to East Administrative Manager, the role provides reception duties, file management, and data entry to support clinical and program operations.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year admin experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Word/Excel. Bilingual English/French is a plus.

Reporting to East Administrative Manager, the Part-Time Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the program which includes reception duties (greeting clients, setting up for meeting and answering a multi line phone system), monitoring and maintaining client files (scanning, copying, preparing materials, data entry).
The role will work up to 28 hours per week.
The Administrative Assistant position is covered by the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE), Local 2860.
