The Role: We are seeking a Supervisor for our upcoming JD Sports location at Woodgrove Centre in Nanaimo, BC. Join our growing team to deliver excellent customer experiences, foster team development, and ensure operational excellence through managerial tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and employee performance evaluation.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through product knowledge.
• Train and develop a team focused on delivering outstanding experiences.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Meet sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational standards.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and leadership.
• Share expertise on products and trends to meet customer needs.
• Maintain awareness of current and upcoming products and trends.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Support key initiatives with the Store Manager.
• Proactively grow the business through community outreach.
• Prioritize culture, personal growth, and self-awareness.
