Reporting to the Manager of Patient Flow, the Patient Flow Supervisor provides on-site leadership for patient flow operations, primarily on weekends, with occasional weekday after-hours coverage as required.
This role is integral to supporting safe, efficient patient movement across the organization and advancing RMH’s strategic priorities related to patient flow, capacity management, and timely access to care. Successful candidates must be available to attend orientation and onboarding during weekday hours.
This is an onsite position at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, ON.
Effective August 24, 2026 and ending on or before March 31, 2027.
Orientation and initial training will occur during weekday hours and is mandatory.
Current hours are day shifts on weekends. Additional weekday shifts may be available based on operational needs.
