The CCP2/Rehab/Integrated Stroke unit is a specialized patient care area within Ross Memorial Hospital. A patient is admitted there for general rehab and acute stroke care. Each patient will have rehab goals to support their treatment and to meet the goals of a safe discharge home. The Integrated Stroke Unit cares for patients that have had an acute stroke and need specialized stroke care to maximize recovery potential including rehab functional goals. FE (Functional Enhancement) consists of a slow stream rehabilitation program for those patients who are unable to tolerate the intensity of the inpatient rehab program.

The CCP2/Integrated Stroke/Rehabilitation Unit is currently seeking a Permanent Full Time Registered Practical Nurse to join their healthcare team.
Effective Date: August 24, 2026
Must be available to work 8 hour shifts (days/evenings/nights) Monday to Sunday on a rotating schedule. Shifts and hours may vary according to departmental requirements and as per the CUPE Collective Agreement.
