Job summary

Tim Hortons in Central Ontario is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee on-floor staff, manage cash tills at shift end, and supervise inventory counts for product orders. You will coach, motivate, train, and assist in hiring new team members to build a capable, guest‑friendly team.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a fast-paced food service setting.
• Cash handling and till management.
• Food safety and first aid training preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff on the floor during shifts.
• Take tills at shift end and ensure accurate handoffs.
• Perform inventory counts for product orders.
• Coach and motivate staff to meet service standards.
• Train new staff for role clarity and consistency.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding of new team members.
