Définir les exigences et développer le plan de fabrication tel que :

• Formation et qualification;
• Outillage, Fabrication et assemblage;
• Aménagement de l'usine, environnement, santé et sécurité, ergonomie ;
• Responsable de fournir aux travailleurs de l''assemblage la feuille d'instructions de travail appropriée;
• Planifier les activités des méthodes et suivre les progrès ;
• Participer à l'analyse comparative et aux meilleures pratiques pour assurer la progression vers la classe mondiale;
• Coacher votre équipe (10-15 employés) afin de développer leur talent dans l'organisation.

En tant que candidat idéal,

• Vous détenez une formation scolaire et/ou technique en aérospatiale ou en gestion avec environ dix (10) années d'expérience;
• Vous faites preuve de leadership, de jugement, de flexibilité et êtes capable de travailler avec un minium de supervision ;
• Vous avez réussi à gérer des projets techniques pour assurer l'industrialisation optimale d'un produit;
• Vous avez de solides compétences interrelationnelles.

• Define the evolution of ground tests.

Define requirements and develop the manufacturing plan, such as:

• Training and qualification.
• Tooling, Fabrication, and assembly.
• Plant layout, environment, health and safety, ergonomics.
• Responsible for providing assembly workers with the appropriate work instruction sheet.
• Plan methods activities and track progress.
• Participate in benchmarking and best practices to ensure progression towards world-class standards.
• Coach your team (10-15 employees) to develop their talent within the organization.

As an ideal candidate, you:

• Hold academic and/or technical training in aerospace or management with approximately ten (10) years of experience;
• Demonstrate leadership, good judgment, flexibility, and the ability to work with minimum supervision;
• Have successfully managed technical projects to ensure optimal product industrialization;
• Possess strong interpersonal skills.
