The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking a Product Offer Manager to join our team in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a product evolution and offer strategy for aircraft customization within your scope, as well as addressing specific customer requests.
You will be part of the A220 Customization Offer team, working closely with Commercial and Program Management groups. The team's structure is designed to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.

Define a medium/long-term product strategy and manage the associated budget.
Identify or evaluate potential innovations, customer demands, competition and market needs to define a business strategy.
Launch studies for new options to understand their feasibility and profitability.
Monitor the development of options and present them, when sufficiently mature, to the decision-making committee to decide on their offerability.
Ensure the collection and structuring of data that support options description and contractualization..
Publish and keep up to date Offer documentation (catalogs, offer policy notes, customer communication kits, etc.).
Evaluate the technical, planning and cost impacts of customer requests outside the options catalog, confirming technical scope and offerability conditions. Consolidate the dossier to support decision-making to offer to customers.
Demonstrate leadership by inspiring and motivating multidisciplinary teams, internal and external to Airbus, including engineering, industrial, quality, purchasing, suppliers, change managers…
Have a good understanding of aircraft architecture or aircraft operations.
Be organized and implement good project management and communication practices,
Anticipate disruptions and, if necessary, take corrective action. Escalate problems when necessary
Ability to manage priorities and overcome difficulties.
You have a bachelor's, master's or diploma in engineering, management or marketing.
You have at least ten (10) years' experience in program or project management in the industry, or in technical product management.
You have a customer-focused mindset. Experience in customer relations is an asset.
You have a good understanding of aircraft architecture or aircraft operations.
You are positive and adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills, an open mind and a strong ability to work as part of a team.
You are bilingual (spoken and written) in French and English and are able to work in a multicultural environment.
This role may involve some occasional travels for business (worldwide).

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Gestionnaire d'Offre Produit pour rejoindre notre équipe basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous vous occuperez de développer une stratégie d’offre et d’évolution produit pour votre périmètre pour la personnalisation des avions, ainsi que de répondre aux demandes spécifiques des clients.
Vous ferez partie de l’équipe chargée de gérer l’offre de personnalisation des avions, en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et de gestion de programmes.
L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Vos défis :
Définir une stratégie d’offre à moyen/long terme en ligne avec les objectifs du Programme et les attentes du marché sur le périmètre: Performance et Opérations avion, Systèmes et Avionique.
Identifier ou évaluer les innovations potentielles des fournisseurs, les demandes des clients, la concurrence et les besoins du marché
Lancer des études pour de nouvelles options pour en comprendre la faisabilité et la rentabilité.
Suivre le développement des options et les présenter, quand suffisamment matures, au comité de décision pour statuer sur leur offreabilité.
S’assurer de collecter et de structurer les données permettant de décrire et de contractualiser la personnalisation des avions avec nos clients.
Publier et maintenir à jour la documentation de l'Offre (catalogues, notes de politique d'offre, brochures de communication clients, etc.).
Supporter les équipes commerciales lors de campagnes de vente.
Évaluer les impacts techniques, planning et coûts des demandes des clients hors du catalogue d'options, confirmer le scope technique et les conditions d‘offreabilité. Consolider le dossier pour supporter la décision de faire une offre aux clients.
Faire preuve de leadership en inspirant et en motivant des équipes multidisciplinaires, internes et externes à Airbus, y compris l'ingénierie, l'industriel, la qualité, les achats, les fournisseurs, les gestionnaires de changements…
Être organisé et mettre en place les bonnes pratiques de gestion de projets et de communication,
Anticiper les perturbations et si besoin mener les actions de redressement nécessaires. Escalader les problèmes quand nécessaire
Être capable de gérer les priorités et de surmonter les difficultés.
Votre profil :
Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalauréat, d'une maîtrise en ingénierie ou marketing.
Vous avez au moins dix (10) ans d'expérience dans l'industrie aéronautique ou dans la gestion de produits techniques.
Vous avez un état d'esprit axé sur le client. Une expérience en relation-client est un atout.
Vous avez une bonne compréhension de l'architecture des avions ou des opérations aéronautiques.
Vous êtes positif et adaptable et vous avez de très bonnes compétences interpersonnelles, un état d'esprit ouvert et une grande capacité à travailler en équipe.
Vous êtes bilingue (oral et écrit) en français et en anglais et vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel.
Ce poste peut impliquer des déplacements professionnels occasionnels à l'étranger (dans le monde entier).
