Position: Supervisor of Mechanical/Piping Construction Works

To support our construction department, Hatch is seeking supervisors specialized in mechanical and piping construction.

Main Responsibilities

1. Supervise construction sites to ensure work complies with SSHE standards required by the client.
2. Manage project execution and monitor progress.
3. Act as a liaison among internal engineering teams, clients, and contractors.
4. Ensure work is performed according to plans and specifications.
5. Plan, coordinate, and oversee work execution with clients and contractors.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience combined with technical training (DEP, DEC, BAC) or equivalent industry experience.
• Knowledge of construction standards and health-safety requirements on construction sites.
• Experience in heavy industrial environments is an asset.
• Availability for day shifts, with flexibility for evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Desired qualities: reliability, autonomy, resourcefulness, results-oriented.
