Job Summary

Technician - Clinical Laboratories - Student

As a Technician for our Clinical Laboratories team located in Senneville, you will perform technical activities and follow directives from the study/phase plan and the procedures. Your success will ensure the smooth running of our research, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.

In this role, primary responsibilities include:

  • Perform the preparation and the analysis of samples
  • Perform the quality control procedure and maintenances on different instruments
Key Elements

If you possess the following qualifications, we will train you in the rest:

  • Student currently in a Sciences program is an asset.
  • Good attention to details
  • Able to work physically (lift up to 10 kg, walk, stand, stoop, etc.)
  • Understanding of written English is mandatory. Bilingualism French and English is preferable

Role Specific Information:

  • Location: Senneville / Free parking / Free shuttle service from the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue train station and John Abbott College to the Senneville site
  • Salary: $20/hrs
  • Premiums: Overtime : Time and a half
  • Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 8am to 4:15pm after training period (Monday to Friday)
  • Temporary position for the summer period, full-time at 37.5hrs per week

About Safety Assessment
