Job summary

Manulife Investment Management’s Infrastructure Equity team is offering a Summer Intern position to support a global portfolio of fund and co-investments across renewable energy, utilities, transportation, and digital infrastructure.

You'll gain hands-on exposure to infrastructure investing, including due diligence, financial modeling, and portfolio monitoring, in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated interest in infrastructure, private markets, or investment management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence and underwriting of infrastructure fund and co-investment opportunities.
• Assist in preparing investment memos and presentations for internal committees.
• Conduct market and sector research across global infrastructure themes.
• Analyze financial statements and build financial models to assess investment performance.
• Support portfolio monitoring and reporting activities, including data aggregation and performance tracking.
