Summer Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

At LCBO, we value a positive spirit! We are seeking outgoing individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer service. This role involves working at various retail locations across Ontario from May 5th to September 1, 2025. You will have opportunities to learn about wine, beer, ciders, and spirits through paid online training.

Responsibilities:

• Serve customers efficiently using our POS system, ensuring a great experience
• Promote donations for our Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
• Manage inventory, restock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness and safety
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg and stand for extended periods

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada (valid SIN, Student or Work Permit)
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
• Willing to undergo a Criminal Background Check at your own expense

Availability:

• Fridays (5:00 p.m. – close)
• Saturdays and Sundays (full day shifts)

Additional Information:

• Availability during Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, and Labour Day weekends
• Potential to work during weekdays (Monday-Thursday) based on store needs
