We have an immediate need to hire engaging, personable individuals who are passionate about delivering an extraordinary customer experience at our retail locations throughout Ontario. We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work from May 5th to September 1, 2025. With your outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills, you will help create lasting impressions with our customers.

You will learn about wine, beer, ciders, and spirits through paid online training, including product knowledge essentials.

About the Role:

  • Serve customers efficiently and courteously using our POS/Cash system to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
  • Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
  • Manage inventory, replenish stock, face-up products, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe (including spill and broken bottle cleanup).
  • Perform physical duties such as lifting cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg and standing for extended periods.

About You:

  • Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada (valid SIN, Student or Work Permit).
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a plus.
  • Willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check at your own expense prior to employment.

Required Availability:

  • Fridays (5:00 p.m. – close)
  • Saturdays and Sundays (available all day for 4-8 hour shifts)

Long Weekends:

  • Victoria Day
  • Canada Day
  • Civic Holiday
  • Labour Day

Additional Availability:

  • Weekday shifts (Monday - Thursday) based on store needs.
  • Schedules are posted two weeks in advance; short-notice shifts may occasionally be available.
