We have an immediate need to hire engaging, personable individuals who are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience at our retail locations across Ontario. We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to work from May 5th to September 1, 2025. With your outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills, you will help create memorable experiences for our customers.

About the Role:

  • Serve customers efficiently using our POS/Cash system, ensuring a positive experience
  • Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign
  • Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns
  • Manage inventory, restock shelves, face products, and maintain store cleanliness and safety (including spill and broken bottle cleanup)
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg and standing for extended periods

About You:

  • Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada (valid SIN, Student or Work Permit)
  • At least 18 years old
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a plus
  • Willing to undergo a Criminal Background Check at your own expense prior to employment

Required Availability:

  • Fridays (5:00 p.m. – close)
  • Weekends (Saturday and Sunday, available all day for 4-8 hour shifts)

Long Weekend Availability:

  • Victoria Day
  • Canada Day
  • Civic Holiday
  • Labour Day

Additional Availability:

  • Weekday shifts (Monday - Thursday) based on store needs
  • Schedules are posted two weeks in advance; shifts may be available on short notice
