Job summary

The Town of Oakville is seeking a Camps Coordinator - Inclusion for the 2027 summer program. You will support operation, delivery and evaluation of Inclusion camps, supervise Senior Leaders and Inclusion Support Workers, and ensure PHCD and safety standards are met.

This seasonal role requires full-time student status, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate training, program planning and registrations across July and August 2027.

Qualifications

• Must provide confirmation of full-time student status in current academic year and/or acceptance into full-time studies the following September.
• HIGH FIVE PHCD Certification is required/preferred.
• Formal education or training in studies of children/youth is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation, delivery and evaluation of Summer Camp Inclusion programs.
• Supervise Senior Leaders and Inclusion Support Workers.
• Support and promote HIGH FIVE Principles of Healthy Child Development (PHCD).
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and department policies.
