Sturgeon Public Schools are located throughout Sturgeon County north of Edmonton and St. Albert. We are a rural community, and as such, our substitutes would require a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to access the various locations.

We are currently seeking Substitute Teachers for all subject areas as well as the following:

• French at the Elementary/Junior High level
• Band/Music
• Welding
• Construction
• Mechanics
• Physical Education
• Foods/Fashions/Cosmetology

The following criteria are required for providing substitution coverage:

• A valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
