BonLook, a division of FYihealth group, is seeking a Stylist for our Mapleview Centre location in Burlington. This casual role covers 0–19 hours per week, with availability required for days, evenings, and weekends.

You will greet customers, promote promotions, and provide exceptional service while supporting store operations. Ideal candidates bring retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Our BonLook - Mapleview Centre location is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as a Stylist to fill an existing vacancy!

This position is a casual role working 0-19 hours per week, Monday to Sunday. Availability to work days, evenings and weekends is required.

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhance the lives of our customers in a dynamic, and rewarding, and collaborative environment! Join a team passionate about fashion-forward eyewear and making a meaningful difference!

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome customers, providing first class customer service and lead by example on the floor
• Inform customers on promotions, in-store events, and new collections
• Exceed targets by effectively communicating BonLook's brand, vision, and products, including fit, features, and design
• Receive, process, and transfer merchandise as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive customer experience
• Support store operations by performing additional duties as required

What You Bring

• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Previousretail/customer service experience is considered an asset
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding oraland written communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with people and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Proficiencywith technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team playerwith a growth mindset,able to manage changing priorities effectively
