F45 New Westminster South is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily studio operations, lead the coaching team, and drive member engagement. You will manage scheduling, staffing, and the overall member experience to ensure a profitable, high-energy environment.

The role requires coaching 20 hours per week, building culture, and tracking performance. We value a mission-driven, proactive leader who prioritizes community and results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fitness/studio environment.
• Ability to coach and develop coaches to maintain best-in-class sessions.
• Strong focus on member experience and studio performance.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of the studio — scheduling, staffing, and member experience.
• Lead and develop the coaching team, maintaining standards on and off the floor.
• Track studio performance, including customer retention and member acquisition.
• Build and protect the culture that makes this studio stand out.
• Lead member challenges, events, and other engagement activities.
• Coach 20 hours per week.
