You will correct technique, provide encouragement, and support members before, during, and after class. You may assist with studio setup and cleaning, and help create an environment people can’t wait to return to.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive, high-energy attitude.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills in a group setting.
• Willing to obtain or hold a recognized Personal Training certification.

Responsibilities

• Coach world-class workouts.

• Provide encouragement and accountability to members.
• Build relationships with members before, during, and after class.
