  • Capture lessons and opportunities for improvement in future programs.
  • Perform other duties as requested by leadership.

About the Role

Working within the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship , the Student Program Coordinator, IIE is a flexible position, with a work schedule that is variable and may include an irregular schedule of not less than three (3) hours per shift and up to thirty-fine (35) hours per week. Hours are expected to be sporadic as demand requires and employee availability allows.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Operations team in coordinating activities required to deliver an effective and efficient program.
  • This role is focused on marketing activities including creative, social media and photography.
  • Support the Operations team to plan and manage events and workshops.
  • Physically help to set up the environment for events.
  • Act professionally and respectfully in all interactions with community members.
  • Capture lessons and areas for improvement in future programs.
  • Other duties as requested by the Executive Director or delegate.
Qualifications
  • Current part-time or full-time MRU student or recent graduate.
  • Experience with the Institute's programs.
  • Entrepreneurial and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g., Google Suite, Qualtrics, social media).

Salary: $21.87 - $27.61 per hour
