Job summary

Mount Royal University is seeking a Student Program Coordinator for the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Calgary. The role offers a flexible, irregular schedule with hours ranging from a few per shift to up to 35 hours per week, and includes hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities include coordinating program activities, marketing through social media and photography, planning events, and setting up event spaces.

Qualifications

• Current part-time or full-time MRU student or recent graduate.
• Experience with the Institute’s programs.
• Entrepreneurial and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g., Google Suite, Qualtrics, social media).

• Other duties as requested by the Executive Director or delegate.

About the Role

Working within the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship , the Student Program Coordinator, IIE is a flexible position, with a work schedule that is variable and may include an irregular schedule of not less than three (3) hours per shift and up to thirty-fine (35) hours per week. Hours are expected to be sporadic as demand requires and employee availability allows.

Responsibilities
