This entry-level opportunity allows you to join an organization with an excellent safety culture. We offer a fully funded program to help you upgrade your G license to a DZ license, enabling you to support our winter and summer operations.

This training will help you obtain your DZ license and develop the skills to become a safe and competent winter plow operator. This role could lead to full-time or seasonal employment with Ledcor. Minimum qualifications include:

• 18 years or older
• Valid G License without restrictions
• Ability to pass an MTO medical exam (necessary for DZ license)
• Safety-conscious with a commitment to quality
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Preference will be given to applicants residing in Wawa, White River, Chapleau, Agawa, Thessalon, and Iron Bridge, Ontario, due to project location. Accommodation options are available for others.

Applicants must commit to a minimum employment term. Shift work, on-call, and night shifts are required as part of working within various weather conditions.
