Ledcor Highways is pleased to be commencing work as MTO’s Highway Maintenance Contractor in the area, and we are looking for safety-oriented people who want to play a key part in keeping highways and communities safe.
This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity to join an organization with an impeccable safety culture. We are offering a fully funded opportunity for select individuals to upgrade their G license to a DZ license, enabling them to join our team and support winter and summer operations.
This training will help you acquire your DZ license and develop skills to become a safe and competent winter plow operator. Interested in applying? The minimum qualifications include:
Preference will be given to applicants living in Wawa, White River, Chapleau, Agawa, Thessalon, and Iron Bridge, Ontario, due to the location of this project. Accommodation options are available for those outside these towns.
Approved applicants must commit to a minimum employment term. Ledcor Highways operates in various weather conditions; shift work, on-call, and night shifts will be required.
