This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity to join an organization with an impeccable safety culture. We are providing a fully funded opportunity for select individuals to upgrade their G license to a DZ license, enabling them to join our team and support our winter and summer operations.

Minimum qualifications include:

• 18 years or older
• Possess a minimum G License without restrictions
• Able to pass an MTO medical exam (necessary to obtain DZ license)
• Safety-oriented with a commitment to quality
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks

Preference given to applicants living in Wawa, White River, Chapleau, Agawa, Thessalon, and Iron Bridge Ontario, due to project location. Accommodation options are available for others.

Approved applicants must commit to a minimum employment term. Ledcor Highways operates in various weather conditions; some shift work, on-call, and night shifts are required.
