Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Student Project Coordinator in Mississauga, ON to assist Project Managers and Senior Technical Leads in reactor inspection programs, refurbishments, or new projects. You will join a mature team, handle engineering and project administration tasks, and progress under supervision.

The role requires potential field assignments, security clearance, and training in safety and QA procedures. Suitable students in science or business programs are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting various project types including construction, manufacturing or engineering services.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Preference for engineering or engineering technology students.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, hosting, minuting regular project and/or customer meetings for senior staff.
• Collecting data and status for regular schedule updates.
• Updating project Key Performance Indexes.
• Maintaining a running log of project lessons learned.
• Minor document revisions and navigating systems (ProAct, MyTrak, Aconex).
• Performing administrative or analytical review as directed.
• Self-study of quality procedures for engineering/project tasks.
