Job summary

Fidelity Canada invites applications for the Student, National Accounts & Sales Enablement role. You will support external clients and internal partners, prepare and present materials, and assist Portfolio Managers and Subject Matter Experts with notes and data entry.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a university degree in finance, economics, or business, with a keen interest in capital markets and strong MS Office skills, including Excel at an advanced level.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a university degree in finance, commerce, economics, or business.
  • Interest and knowledge of the financial industry and capital markets.
  • Strong ability to manage short-term database projects and assist sales initiatives.
  • Ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities from competitive intelligence.
  • Full-time availability for the duration of the term.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with external clients and internal partners.
  • Assist with preparing, organizing and presenting materials for clients and internal partners.
  • Assist with organizing notes for Portfolio Managers and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Support Sales Team and internal business partners to answer questions about products and processes.
  • Sales enablement: assist with data collection and accuracy for Fidelity's CRM system.
  • Conduct industry analysis and research external dealer platforms to uncover new business opportunities.

How we'll make an impact
  • Collaborate with External Clients & Internal Partners
  • Assist with preparing, organizing and presenting materials and presentations for external clients and internal partners
  • Assist with organizing and taking notes for Portfolio Managers and Subject Matter Experts
  • Internal Resource for Sales Team and Business Partners Assist sales and internal business partners to answer questions about products and processes
  • Sales enablement Assist with data collection and accuracy for Fidelity's CRM system Ad hoc projects, as required
  • Provide Industry Analysis Research external dealer platforms to uncover new business opportunities for Fidelity
What we're looking for
  • You are working towards a university degree with a concentration in finance, commerce, economics, or business
  • You have a keen interest and knowledge of the financial industry and capital markets
  • You can manage short term database projects and assist in various sales initiatives
  • You can identify and qualify sales opportunities by gathering competitive and marketplace intelligence
  • You must also be available on a full-time basis for the duration of the term
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with advanced Excel skills required
Competitive Pay for Specialized Talent

This contract role offers a flexible, hourly compensation model that reflects your expertise and the value you bring. The undergraduate hourly rate ranges from $23.00 to $27.00, based on experience and qualifications. We offer market‑aligned rates that recognize the specialized skills and agility required for this role. We're proud to offer a compensation package that aligns with provincial pay transparency requirements.

Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
