Algoma University in Brampton, ON is seeking a Student Life Coordinator to oversee on-site arrangements for programming, orientation, and liaison with AUSU and SASA. The role supports student life activities, recreation programming, and event logistics.

The position is front-line, with a 35-hour workweek and potential non-regular hours to support events and student services. This role reports to the Manager, Student Life Operations.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in any field and at least two years of post-secondary student services experience.
• One certification in Mental Health response training (Non-violent crisis intervention, ASIST, MHFA, SafeTalk or equivalent).
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
• Vulnerable Sector Police Check is required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate on-site arrangements for the delivery of Student Life programming.
• Organize, implement, and monitor student life programming, activities, intramurals, tournaments, and events.
