Job summary

Fidelity Canada is seeking a Student, CRM Support to assist in configuring Salesforce objects, fields, and user access while supporting our Salesforce team. You’ll learn top Salesforce technologies and how to integrate with other systems, in a flexible hybrid schedule.

The role is open to students enrolled in a co-op program, pursuing Computer Science or Software Engineering, available full-time for the term. Compensation is hourly CAD 25.00–29.00, aligned with experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a university degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering; ideally 3rd/4th year.
• Strong knowledge of Java and JavaScript; Apex is a plus.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle.
• Familiarity with databases and data models.
• Must be enrolled in a registered co-op program and available full-time for the term.

Responsibilities

• Assist Salesforce Administrators and Developers with CRM tasks and object/field creation.
• Learn to configure user access and Salesforce functionalities.
• Conduct unit testing of new features.
• Support daily Salesforce applications and data maintenance.
