Job summary

iA Financial Group is seeking a Student - Administrator, Group Savings and Retirement, to support administrative operations for group plans. The role is hybrid and part-time during the semester with full-time hours in summer, located in Montréal or Toronto, Canada.

Candidates will process enrollments and contributions, update participant accounts, assist cash management, and review colleagues' transactions.

Qualifications

• Currently studying accounting, actuarial science, business administration, or related field.
• Shows curiosity, rigor, attention to detail, and adaptability.
• Reads and writes in English; may translate to collaborate with French-speaking colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Process new enrollments and contributions.
• Update active participant accounts (beneficiaries, addresses, SIN).
• Support cash management by handling deposits and transfers.
• Review transactions for accuracy.
• Respond to emails and participate in team meetings.
